Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to My Go To Wellness. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, which include mobile fitness training, face-to-face group fitness sessions, live and pre-recorded online programmes, and nutrition and menopause consultations. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Services Provided  
My Go To Wellness offers a variety of health and wellness services, including:
   - Mobile fitness training and wellness sessions.
   - Face-to-face group fitness classes.
   - Live and pre-recorded online fitness programmes.
   - Nutritional and menopause wellness consultations.

Our services are designed for individuals aged 30-65, focusing on fitness, nutrition, and holistic menopause wellness.

2. Consumer Rights

2.1 Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. If any service does not meet this standard, you may request a remedy, including refunds or service adjustments.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy  
   - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel any booking or subscription within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has already commenced. After this period, cancellations may incur a charge.
   - No Refunds After Service Start: Once a fitness, nutrition, or menopause programme (live or pre-recorded) has started, refunds are not available.
   - Individual Appointments: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice for 1-2-1 sessions are non-refundable.
   - Workshops: Cancellations for workshops must be made at least 14 days in advance. No refunds are available for cancellations within 14 days.
   - Medical Exceptions: Refunds may be granted due to medical reasons with a valid doctor’s note.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

3.1 Physical Readiness 
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in our sessions. If you have any medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, musculoskeletal issues), consult your healthcare provider before taking part. My Go To Wellness is not liable for any injuries or illnesses resulting from participation.

3.2 Inclusive Health Modifications  
We provide modifications and regressions for individuals with specific health conditions (e.g., arthritis, fibromyalgia, reduced mobility). It is your responsibility to inform us of any conditions that may affect your participation.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

4.1 Data Collection  
We collect personal data, including health-related information, necessary for delivering our services. This data is stored securely and used in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

4.2 Data Usage 
Your data is used for managing bookings, providing services, and ensuring your safety during participation. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.

4.3 Your Rights

5. Equality and Inclusion

If you require reasonable adjustments to participate in our services, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1 Payment Terms  
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment or access online programmes. Payments for face-to-face or online services must be made before participation.

6.2 Service Expiry 
All services and programmes purchased have an expiry date, ranging from 30 - 90 days from the start of the programme, depending on the package. Unused sessions after this period are non-refundable.

6.3 Extensions  
In exceptional cases (e.g., illness, pregnancy), we may grant an extension for up to 90 days with proof of circumstances. Extension requests must be made to info@mygotowellness.co.uk

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of Content  
All videos, materials, and programmes provided by My Go To Wellness are our intellectual property. You are not permitted to reproduce, share, or distribute any content without our prior consent.

8. Liability and Risk

8.1 Participation Risks  
Clients agree to participate in our programmes at their own risk. We are not liable for any direct or indirect injuries or losses resulting from participation, except in cases of negligence on our part.

9. Service Interruptions

9.1 Online Service Interruptions  
Occasionally, online services may be interrupted due to technical issues or maintenance. While we strive to restore access promptly, such interruptions are not considered a breach of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 Modifications 
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes signifies acceptance.
